This discipline helps develop patience\, self-control\, and empathy for those who are less fortunate. The tradition also extends into the night\, as we gather for long prayers at the mosque\, strengthening our connection with God and with our community.\nDuring Ramadan\, our goal is to increase our consciousness of God and live with greater intention.
